Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

United Kingdom

Domestic UK shipping is with Royal Mail and costs are a flat rate of:

0-2kg - £6.50 Tracked 48 Signed For

2-5kg - £13.50 Tracked 48 Signed For

5-10kg - £18.50 Special Delivery Next Day

10-15kg - £24.50 Special Delivery Next Day

If the costs are more than mentioned above and request the difference to be paid via PayPal invoice. This is to be paid prior to us shipping your order.

European Union

Shipping to the European Union starts from around £38.00 and is sent tracked, signed for an insured with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or alternative shipping provider.

United States of America

Shipping to the USA starts at £68.00 for orders between 0 - 2kg and is sent tracked, signed for an insured with Parcel Force or alternative shipping provider. 

With non-domestic and international orders it is very difficult to estimate costs of shipping due to the value and weight of the complete order. If we have undercharged you we will email you to ask for the difference to be paid via a PayPal invoice. This is to be paid prior to us shipping your order. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by the shipping provider.

 

Other

Tracking details will be provided.

No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday.

Post Office drops are on Friday and orders must be placed by 6pm the previous day to be processed, picked, packed and sent out on these days.

Import/Customs Charges 

Please note that you are responsible for any import/customs charges that may need to be paid before receiving your parcel. These are not added into the cost of stock or shipping prices.
