Refund policy
We want you to be very happy with your purchase, and for this reason have endeavoured to showcase these products with clear high-quality photographs and/or videos, so you can choose the perfect timeless piece for you. Our packaging procedure is extremely thorough, so the products reach you in perfect condition.
Our refund/exchange policy is strictly 14 days from the date of receipt of your product. We cannot refund or exchange after 14 days.
There is no refund or exchange available on items that were purchased at a discount or sale items.
Refund
To commence a return, you must first contact us with full details of the product for the return via contact form on the home page and photos will be requested thereafter.
If the return is accepted the product must be received by us in its original condition, as per the photographs and videos that inspired you to buy. The product must be in the original packaging, padded and boxed to avoid damage during the return. Once received it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition and we will be in touch to confirm a full or partial refund depending on inspection outcome.
The product should be sent via a tracked and insured service, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive it. Any returns made without using a tracked and insured service are at your own risk and liability is not accepted by us for any losses.
Original postage and return postage are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded.
Exchange
We are happy to exchange products that are in their original condition as at the date of purchase, for a product(s) for the same value or above. You must contact us with full details of the product for exchange via the contact form on the home page and photos will be requested thereafter.
We must receive the product in its original condition and packaging, as per the photos and videos that inspired you to buy. Once received by us it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, and we will be in touch to confirm. You may then choose a new product for the exchange. Payment for any additional purchase cost and postage must be made before the replacement product is dispatched.
