Dioptase on Plancheite

Stunning gem dioptase on blue plancheite from Sanda, South Eastern Republic of Congo.

Dioptase is a rare mineral and is shown here as bright emerald green gem quality crystals. Usually they are small cubic crystals, but sometimes occur in prismatic formations too.
